Review: Monsters Inc is released on DVD this week, and now I have my copy! Is not very useful to try to assess this against the other, as this assessment is so staff. But I put it in the same category that superb animation films such as Toy Story, A Bugs Life Shrek, and Disney's Tarzan in the first place, the quality animations and quality image. Incredibly good. I can categorically say that this is the best picture I've seen on DVD, and the movement and facial expressions of the animated characters makes it almost feel like they are real. Secondly, the history. How inventive! The only thing that separates the world of the monsters from the real world are the doors. The company, Monsters Inc, must be millions of them in the inventory is computerized for speed dialing to send a monster to get screams and recharge your energy cells. The main characters voiced by John Goodman (big, blue, furry cat with purple spots) and Billy Crystal (short, green monster with one eye), and their actions add so much. More great music provided by Randy Newman. General and a half hours of pure fun edge of your seat. And this does not even include the 3 + hours of extras on the second disc. You You can choose a standard size or widescreen, and I looked at my 16:09 widescreen HDTV with 5-channel surround with subwoofer active. Almost like being at the theater!
